FAQ

Does it need electricity or a pump?

No. AquaBreeze runs on normal mains water pressure, between 2 and 6 bar. Just connect it to your garden tap.

Does it fit my tap?

The tap connector fits standard 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch garden taps and is compatible with Gardena style quick click fittings, which are the common standard in Australia.

How many nozzles and how much hose do I need?

Measure the route you want the hose to take and count the spots where you want water. A 10 m kit suits a couple of raised beds or a balcony. 20 m covers a typical suburban veggie patch and flower beds. 30 m suits larger yards or a greenhouse plus beds. You can always add spare hose and nozzle packs later.

Can I use it with a tap timer?

Yes. Any standard tap timer that fits between your tap and the AquaBreeze connector will work, so you can automate watering times.

What about water restrictions?

Many councils and water authorities ask you to water before 10am or after 4pm. AquaBreeze uses far less water than a sprinkler because it puts the water right at the plant, but always follow your local rules.

Is the mist adjustable?

Yes. Turn each nozzle to go from a fine mist to a more direct stream. Every watering point can be set differently.

Can I cut the hose?

Yes, that is how you fit nozzles, tees and elbows. Cuts are permanent, so lay out the route and plan the watering points before you cut.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Every parcel is tracked and you get the tracking number by email.

Will I pay customs or GST on delivery?

No. All our orders are well under the AUD 1,000 low value import threshold, so nothing extra is charged on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

What if something is faulty?

Contact us and we replace it or refund you in full, as required under Australian Consumer Law. You also have 30 days to return an unused kit if you change your mind. See our returns page.

Is it safe for veggies?

The hose and fittings are plastic and metal garden grade components, the same type used in standard drip and misting products. There are no electrical parts.
