Shipping Policy

We ship to all of Australia. Shipping is free and every order is tracked.

Delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days from dispatch. You receive your tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Customs and import charges
Our products are shipped from overseas. All orders are well under the AUD 1,000 low value import threshold, so no customs duty is charged to you on delivery.

Delays
Occasionally a parcel can be delayed by the carrier or by customs. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will track it down or send a replacement.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
